Terms of use

Updated October 15, 2026

Two Thumbs uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Read the Apple standard EULA.

These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and TrueStandard Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which makes Two Thumbs ("we" or "us"). They cover the Two Thumbs app, the Two Thumbs Pass and playtwothumbs.com. By downloading or using the app, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms, the Apple standard EULA and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use them. Where these terms and the Apple standard EULA disagree about the app, the EULA wins.

Two Thumbs Pass

The Pass comes as a yearly plan with a 7-day free trial, a monthly plan or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy. Payment goes to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews on its own unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. If you buy a subscription during the free trial, the rest of the trial ends. Lifetime is a single payment and does not renew.

Apple handles every refund, at reportaproblem.apple.com, and we can't issue one ourselves. If we change a subscription price, Apple tells you before it applies, and you can cancel first.

New levels

We plan to add new levels each month. The Pass gives you every level that exists while it is active. Lifetime gives you every level for as long as we offer the app. We may change, fix or retire a level, and we don't promise a set number of new levels.

Playing fair

Use Two Thumbs for your own play. Don't copy or resell its games, levels, art or code, don't tamper with the level downloads, and don't try to get past the Pass without paying.

Our content

We own the app, its games, levels, art, the Thumbs mascot and the Two Thumbs name. The trivia facts come from public sources, and those sources keep their own rights.

No warranty

We make Two Thumbs with care, and we provide it "as is". We don't promise that it will be free of bugs, that two phones will always connect, or that a trivia answer will never be out of date. Your rights under consumer law in your country still apply.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of two amounts: what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms. Before any formal claim, email us and give us 30 days to fix the problem. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to use your own courts.

Changes

If we change these terms, this page changes first, with a new date at the top. If you keep using Two Thumbs after a change, the new terms apply.
