How do I restore my Pass?

Tap the Pass on the home screen, then tap Restore. Use the Apple ID you paid with, and connect to the internet once.

Can my family use my Pass?

Yes, Family Sharing works on all three plans. Each person in your Apple family group gets the Pass on their own Apple ID. Turn it on in Settings, then your name, then Family Sharing, then Purchase Sharing. It can take up to an hour to show. With Lifetime, the other phone may need to tap Restore once.

How do I redeem a code?

Open the App Store, tap your photo at the top right, then tap Redeem Gift Card or Code and type the code.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Two Thumbs, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Our two phones won't connect

Open Two Thumbs on both phones and tap Play on two phones on each. Turn on Bluetooth on both, or join the same Wi-Fi; you don't need internet. If a phone asks to use Bluetooth or find devices nearby, tap Allow. Missed it? Go to Settings, then Two Thumbs, and turn on Bluetooth and Local Network. Keep the phones close, then type the code from one phone into the other. If nothing happens, tap Try again. If they still can't find each other, close the app on both phones and open it again.

Does it work offline?

Yes, every game works in Airplane Mode. You need the internet only to buy, to restore and to download new levels.
