Two Thumbs has no account, no ads and no tracking. Your names, scores and answers stay on your phone.
TrueStandard Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company, makes Two Thumbs and runs this website. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean TrueStandard Labs LLC. It covers the Two Thumbs iPhone app and playtwothumbs.com.
What stays on your phone
Player names, emoji avatars and colors, saved people, scores, level progress and the list of questions you have already seen. When you pair two phones, each phone also keeps a pairing key so you don't type the code again. Answers you type during a round stay in memory for that round, and the app never saves them. We never receive any of this. Delete the app and all of it goes with it.
What the app never collects
The app never asks for your email, contacts, photos, location or microphone. It runs no analytics, shows no ads and does no tracking across other apps or websites. We don't sell or share personal data, and no AI model sees anything you type.
Two phones
When you pair two iPhones, they talk to each other directly over Bluetooth or the local Wi-Fi network. Names, avatars, moves and scores go only to the other phone. No server sits in the middle. iOS asks your permission before the app can use Bluetooth or the local network, and you can turn either off in Settings, then Two Thumbs.
Purchases
Apple takes the payment, and we never see your card or your Apple ID. The app uses RevenueCat to keep a record of purchases. RevenueCat receives a random ID made on your phone and the purchase details from Apple: which plan, the price, the date and the store country. It also gets basic device details, such as the iOS and app version, and like any web server it sees your IP address. It never receives your name or email. Read the RevenueCat privacy policy.
New levels
The app downloads new levels from GitHub Pages, a public file host, and the download carries no ID. GitHub sees the IP address of each request, as every web server does. Read the GitHub privacy statement.
This website
This site has no cookies, analytics, ads or forms. GitHub Pages hosts it and sees the IP address of each visit, as every web server does.
Who receives data
Only the services named above: Apple for payments, RevenueCat for purchase records, and GitHub for new levels and this website. Each one stores data in the United States under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Everything on your phone stays until you delete the app. RevenueCat keeps the purchase record for your random ID while you have a Pass and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Wherever you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you can ask us what we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it or send you a copy. The only data outside your phone is the purchase record at RevenueCat. It holds no name, so tell us the date and plan of your purchase and we can find it. We answer within 30 days. We don't sell or share personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of, and asking never changes what you can play.
Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, children included.
Changes
If any of this changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
